A week ago I posted a tutorial on how to become taller and it gave so much advice about weight loss, diet and how to deal with different health problems. The lessons that were taught me by my teacher were very helpful because I got to listen to experts that worked out for me in the best way. And this time I am going to give you a tip on how to increase your total height and that is just to change your lifestyle, and that is to make sure to take care of your overall health. As we become healthy we are not bound to our old ways of eating; we can do what works for us from morning to night in the best way. And when we start doing the things of great importance we feel fine and stay strong. I think a week ago I wrote many articles and talked about things that might help me learn more about fitness, nutrition and health. So let’s continue this journey together! When starting a new year on January 1st, we will be able to walk around with a lighter body so we will have more energy, better posture, more energy and that will help us move faster and run faster. Let’s see what changes have been made on my body and how they change my daily life! First of all let me explain what does weight loss mean and why we need to make it work for us? If we eat less, drink less, exercise less and don’t follow any type of strict nutrition plan we are definitely losing some pounds and that is exactly what it looks like. But, if we lose weight it means that we are gaining fat that makes us look slimmer and thinner.
When looking at a bigger picture of losing body fat it means that we are gaining some calories that are not used by us in our daily life because of our high consumption of sugar. These calories are stored in the form of fat and also for the purpose of making us gain strength and flexibility, but in reality we are gaining nothing at all! Instead of gaining fat we are using these calories for physical activities and energy. It also has a big impact on our mood and feelings because our mood can not only depend on our weight. Sometimes our mood becomes bad due to being too skinny and then becoming unhappy and depressed which leads to depression and more. We all know about the feeling of stress and its causes and ways to overcome it, so just make sure that we are aware about it! I always try to make myself fit by taking lots of rest, walking in the evening and staying active but sometimes due to my low metabolism I tend to be affected by food even during those days. That is why I always remember about changing our diet from a balanced one to a healthier one. What we usually eat is not healthy enough or sometimes we go far with nutrition advice for slimming but still lose lots of calories. I personally feel happy when I eat something nice for dinner or when I get a treat! So let’s see what changes we should be making to our general physique because we still have lots of junk and carbs which makes us fragile and weak. Our stomachs remain the same although we drink coffee which contains caffeine which makes us sleepy and tired. Coffee isn’t good for digestion and that also helps us avoid getting pains. Coffee may cause headaches too or insomnia because we are constantly awake. So please always make sure that you are following a well-balanced nutrition plan and avoid consuming excess calories and also keep yourself busy and active. Another thing which I also like about nutrition and being active is to use vitamins for keeping ourselves healthy and having healthy skin. Vitamin D is a great supplement that helps us improve our health and makes us stronger. Also vitamin E helps us protect against cancer! Now I know that as a young woman you are tired of seeing pictures of beautiful women who look old and weak as a result of their age but never ever they are in such shape until they have had a proper nutrition and their physical activity. You can achieve that by following a few steps which I mentioned earlier in the article. Try to drink plenty of water! Water helps us control blood pressure, blood sugar levels and also keeps your veins clean and healthy. Drinking plenty of water helps you reduce belly fat. Drinking water also reduces cholesterol and helps you reduce risks of heart diseases. Smoking is an important risk factor for most forms of cancers so stop smoking while working hard for your own health! Yes, smoking can make us physically weak and weak because it pulls down the testosterone levels. Make sure of you are not smoking during pregnancy! I know you might want to hide such information from others, especially kids and teenagers, but please always remember that smoking can affect us physically, emotionally and mentally! Have your yearly checkup done by an experienced professional! By fasting you are cutting off certain nutrients that we require. But fasting can lead to other serious complications for us.Try it for a month as well and stay healthy! For breakfast, try some lean meats and try it every day as it is rich in fatty acids (a source of fuel) which stimulate appetite. Breakfast is very important for long term healthy life and with a balanced nutrition you can feel full as soon as you finish your lunch! Don’t forget about taking breaks between meals. Fats are soluble and that means you need to add fat from animal sources to your diet but also you need proteins from plant sources. Keep it simple and stay away from fats. And there was also the biggest truth that I mentioned above! Stay active! Go from walking everyday for 30 minutes, swimming daily and staying fit! Yoga will help you move your body easily and freely. Don’t worry about whether you are beginner in yoga or not, just be active! Don’t wait until you have no time to run or swim! Move around and breathe as much as possible! Start slowly and gradually move towards movement and your endurance improves! This will make the whole process of exercise easier. Just remember that we are not just talking about moving but also working towards improving our own fitness. Please remember your goals are to maintain balance of both body and muscles, not to bulk them up, to burn extra calories and lose a ton of weight! Take care of your digestive system by drinking sufficient quantities of water and avoiding vomiting and diarrhea. Eating healthy and staying fit will definitely help you prevent everything that happens in a hurry! And while I know not everyone will agree with me, I just want to share a couple of tips to reach the ideal heights that we all desire! So here goes! Eat small amounts of foods at once for longer periods: it seems impossible to eat smaller portions of food as I know we all have limited food storage capacity, but it turns out this is true not just for adults but for children as well. When we eat smaller portion size of food we are consuming fewer calories per serving. Eat small portions each day: when we eat small portions of your food we are not really eating smaller meals but we are actually eating smaller meals but for longer periods. When we eat smaller portions at once we absorb nutrients more easily and less calories are consumed by us. Eat regular meals: when we eat smaller meals we are not getting into habits where we eat small meals more often. We all know that we consume more calories for each meal and so regular meals are essential. We can skip meals if it’s unavoidable but regular meals make sure we are getting into habit of eating meals regularly. So in short, regular meals are great for our current health also. Keep Our Weight Gain Away From Us! Use Regular Exercise To Lose Belly Fat & Prevent Any Serious Health Problems: as you probably already know, our current fitness level is not that good as we all know! When you watch a bikini model in a magazine before you eat or exercise she always looks good. That doesn’t mean that the models looking good and sexy are healthy but when watching them you can realize that they are very well built and their bodies are strong! With more regular visits to the gym or going for a nice jog by oneself we can build and strengthen our muscles very easily. Also, getting to train daily for a week will take care of building and strengthening our muscles more efficiently as we get in the habit of exercising. Keep Healthy Diet Gather Workouts During Pregnancy: there are only so many days and months to do a whole routine. Because we know that it takes months to develop our body so in order to get rid of a very painful belly and a huge belly fat! And to reduce excessive weight in the future as well.
